We make suing in Small Claims Court easy.
- First, tell us about your matter with a complimentary case review. You can call an agent directly or if it is after hours or your preference, you can fill out our claim evaluation form. All information is confidential.

We determine the nature of your claim, the strength of your case and if it makes sense for you to proceed.

If we feel that you have a winnable case, we will ask you to send us your evidence. This can be in the form of written documents such as promissory notes, purchase orders, invoices etc.; communication records such as text messages and emails; or photographs, video or audio recordings and witnesses.
- Once we have a complete understanding of your matter, we will present you with a fair, cost effective fee and provide you with our Court Action Agreement to review and sign.
- When you retain our services, we get right to work. Claims are typically drafted, filed and out for service in about two weeks! Rush services are available.

Unpaid loans – if there is money owed to you for any reason, U-SUE can help you have your debts paid by filing an action in Small Claims Court. We can force the debtor to deal with their obligation or risk having a judgement entered against them.
